SEN Tactile Communication Keyring -  Mini (Widget) Picture Frames - Visual aid for Autism, Learning disabilities & Learning difficulties

Widgets are widely recognised for providing uniformed pictures of objects to aid communication.

Our design allows for a more personalised and real-life connection to objects, places and people. They can be loaded with photos of the child or young person’s actual belongings, places and important people in their lives. They provide concrete rather than generalised information to a child or young person to further aid their communication skills.

These Widgets take a 48mm x 48mm picture of your choice, the ring stops them from coming out.

Designed in collaboration with a senior CAMHS nurse, who has 30 years experience in the fields of adult learning disability and autism, children’s learning disability, children’s mental health and crisis intervention. Therapeutic skills include dialectical behaviour therapy, (DBT) and Non-Violent resistance therapy (NVR).
