These Tiles are designed to support children and young people cope better with transitions between activities. This SEN tactile communication tool helps to reduce anxiety and help transitions feel more predictable.

The tiles are similar to the Now, Next, Then tiles but have a hole in the top left corner allowing then to be put on a big key ring and hung from a lanyard. with every order we include one of these large rings (approximately 50mm) to put them on.

Therapeutic skills include dialectical behaviour therapy, (DBT) and Non-Violent resistance therapy (NVR).
